Our Story

Founded in 1987 by Marcelo R. Concha, Jet Set Line grew from a single motorcoach bus into Florida's premier group transportation company. Marcelo arrived in Orlando in 1978 from Santiago, Chile, and spent nearly a decade building MCV Travel — a tour operator specializing in South American markets. In 1987, he purchased his first motorcoach bus before ever driving one, and Jet Set Line, Inc. was born with a mission that has never changed: safe, reliable, and professional transportation across the United States.

Now in its second generation of family ownership, Jet Set Line operates a fleet of over 30 modern European motorcoach buses from headquarters in Orlando and a full-service office in Miami. Our efficient operating structure — built on Six Sigma methodologies — delivers unparalleled service at every price point.

Our proudest credentials: the McRell Safety Award from the United Bus Owners of America (1995), approved carrier status by the United States Department of Defense, and the honor of providing motorcade transportation for President Barack Obama and Presidential candidate John McCain during the 2008 Florida campaign. The same standards we applied for heads of state are applied to every charter we operate today.

Our History
1978–1987
The Beginning

From Santiago to Orlando.

Marcelo R. Concha arrived in Orlando in 1978 from Santiago, Chile, working two jobs — a pizza parlor and a Texaco mechanic — until he found his passion in tourism. By 1980, MCV Travel was operating as a tour operator with station wagon transportation. Witnessing the explosion of Orlando's theme park industry, Marcelo expanded into vans, then minibuses. In 1987, before ever driving one, he purchased his first motorcoach bus and incorporated Jet Set Line, Inc.

Expansion

Orlando to Miami.

In 1993, Jet Set moved into its own facility in downtown Orlando. Two years later, the company earned the prestigious Robert J. McRell Safety Award — the highest safety recognition in the North American motorcoach bus industry. 1996 brought the opening of a full Miami base for local charter operations, and that same year Marcelo and his wife Evi Jusakos founded Jet Set Express, Inc. — a sister company dedicated to scheduled service between Orlando and Miami.

A Record of Service

Katrina relief and presidential motorcades.

In 2005, Jet Set sent its entire fleet to New Orleans as one of the first bus companies on the ground during Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Three years later, the company was entrusted with motorcade transportation for Presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain throughout the State of Florida — a testament to Jet Set's unbroken record of security-compliant, punctual operations.

The Next Chapter

First in the Southeast.

In 2025, Jet Set Line became the first operator in the Southeastern United States to deploy the newly launched Mercedes-Benz Tourrider Premium motorcoach bus — ordering six state-of-the-art vehicles. This latest chapter reflects a commitment that has defined the company since 1987: invest in the best, maintain it meticulously, and never compromise on the passenger experience.
