1. Our Commitment

Jet Set Line is committed to making jetsetusa.com (the "Site") and our charter services accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We test, monitor, and improve our digital experience continuously, and we welcome feedback to help us identify and fix barriers.

2. Measures We Take

Steps we take to support accessibility include: regular automated and manual accessibility audits (axe, Lighthouse, keyboard-only testing); semantic HTML and ARIA attributes throughout the Site; keyboard navigation support with visible focus indicators; sufficient color contrast (≥4.5:1 for normal text); respect for the user's reduced-motion preference; descriptive alternative text on informational images; and a skip-to-main-content link on every page.

We also build with the open-source Lucide icon set and Tailwind CSS, both of which support accessible patterns out of the box.

3. Conformance Status

The Site is designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Last reviewed: June 2, 2026. Known limitations are listed in Section 5 below.

4. Accessible Transportation

We operate vehicles with wheelchair lifts and other accessibility features. Availability varies by coach. To request an ADA-accessible vehicle for your Charter, please tell us as soon as possible — ideally at the time of quote — so we can schedule the right equipment. Reasonable advance notice helps us provide the highest-quality accessible service.

Service animals are welcome on all Jet Set Line vehicles in accordance with the ADA.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible:

— Some marketing video content does not yet include captions; we are working to caption all video by the end of the current quarter.

— Decorative photography may not include alternative text where the photo is purely aesthetic. Informational and functional images carry alternative text.

— Some advanced visual animations (parallax, cinematic scroll sequences) are automatically simplified when your operating system signals "Reduce motion."

If you encounter an accessibility barrier we have not listed, please contact us using the information below.

6. Feedback and Accommodation Requests

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Site and our services. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need a reasonable accommodation, please contact us:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days. Where a reasonable accommodation is requested for a Charter, please give as much advance notice as practicable so we can arrange appropriate equipment and staffing.

7. Formal Complaint Procedures

If you believe Jet Set Line has failed to accommodate a disability, you may file a complaint with our Accessibility Coordinator using the contact information in Section 6 above. You may also contact:

— U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, ADA Information Line: 1-800-514-0301 (TTY 1-833-610-1264) or ada.gov.

— Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for transportation-specific complaints.

— Florida Commission on Human Relations for state-level complaints.

8. Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility

The Site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and assistive technologies including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. We test against the latest stable releases.

If you find a combination that does not work, please report it using the feedback channels in Section 6.

9. Changes to This Statement

We will update this statement as the Site evolves. The "Last reviewed" date in Section 3 indicates when this statement was most recently updated.
