1. Program Description
The Jet Set Line text-messaging program ("SMS Program") delivers transactional and informational messages related to your quote, booking, and Charter, plus optional periodic offers from Jet Set Line, Inc. ("Jet Set Line," "we," "us"). By opting in, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages at the mobile number you provide.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
You give your express written consent to receive recurring text messages (including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system) from Jet Set Line at the mobile number provided when you (a) check a clearly labeled consent box on a form on our Site, (b) text a keyword (e.g., "JOIN" or "QUOTE") to our short code, or (c) provide your number to us in writing with a clear statement of consent.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Standard message and data rates may apply.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to ten (10) messages per month related to an active or upcoming Charter. Promotional messages, where you have opted in to receive them, are limited to no more than four (4) per month.
4. Help and Opt-Out
To request help at any time, reply HELP to any message or call (407) 649-6599.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that campaign. To rejoin, opt in again as described in Section 2.
5. Cost
There is no charge for the SMS Program itself. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for plan details.
6. Supported Carriers
The SMS Program is generally available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Boost Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Changes to the Program
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS Program at any time without notice. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
8. Privacy
Information collected through the SMS Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
