Six distinct service types — designed around how groups actually travel, not how charter companies prefer to operate.
One Way & Round Trip
For groups traveling to a destination and back, your private motorcoach bus picks up at your chosen location and drops off at your destination — then returns for pickup at your scheduled time. Designed for long days at theme parks and attractions where the vehicle is not needed on-site.
- —The vehicle and driver on the return trip may differ from the outbound trip. No personal belongings may be left onboard between services.
- —Pickup and return times are confirmed during booking. Coaches aim to arrive 15 minutes early.
- —Cargo luggage compartment is not included for this service type. Personal items may be stored in overhead bins only.

Charter & Hourly
The motorcoach bus is reserved for a consecutive hourly time block. Your predetermined route can be completed at any time within the rental period — ideal for events where timing isn't exact, such as weddings, sporting events, or dinner charters.
- —Charter time begins at the scheduled pickup and must conclude at the final destination by the charter end time. All travel time is included within the block.
- —Passengers may leave belongings onboard and the cargo luggage compartments are available for instruments, equipment, or luggage throughout the duration.
Airport & Port
Any transfer involving a Florida airport or seaport is categorized as an Airport/Port service. Jet Set Line is authorized to pick up and drop off at any Florida port or airport. Meet & Greet services available — a representative will greet your group with a sign and assist with navigation and loading. Full-time assistance in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Request a QuoteArrive at Level 3 via the automated people mover. Take stairs or elevator to Level 2 baggage claim (A or B side). Once bags are collected, proceed to Level 1 ground transportation. Look for a space marked "Class III Bus" and call our 24/7 dispatch — your coach will arrive within 5–8 minutes.

Jet Set coaches park on Level 1 at the South Bus Terminal, outside Terminal J by Door 40. Alternative active-loading: Level 2 Terminal J Door 24–26, Level 2 Terminal E Door 7–9, or the North Bus Terminal. Call 24/7 dispatch once your full group has baggage.
FLL has 4 terminals. Commercial vehicles are authorized to pick up on the 1st Floor between terminals: between 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, and at the end of Terminal 4. Call 24/7 dispatch once your group has baggage to coordinate the best pickup point.

Shuttle Service
Any charter requiring continuous travel between locations is categorized as a shuttle. Ideal for conventions and events where guests arrive and depart at unscheduled times — such as hotel-to-convention-center loops or event ingress and egress.
- —Guest departure times must remain flexible, as vehicles operate in rotation between pickup and dropoff points.
- —When calculating shuttle timing: trip times on Google Maps are estimated for cars, not motorcoach buses. Loading and unloading takes 4–5 minutes per stop. A location 15 minutes away should be estimated at 50–55 minutes for a complete drop-and-return cycle.
- —A Jet Set travel specialist can assist with quoting and timing based on your specific event needs.
Over the Road & Multi-Day
Over-the-road (OTR) trips are motorcoach bus tours extending more than one day. The coach and driver stay with your group for the full duration, providing city-to-city and local transportation. Most common destinations: Washington D.C., New York, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Chicago.
- —Each trip is quoted individually based on days and total mileage.
- —Multi-day itineraries may require a second driver to comply with DOT Hours of Service regulations. Your Jet Set specialist will advise.

Traveling with Special Needs
Jet Set Line is committed to excellent service for all passengers. Our fleet includes vehicles with ADA wheelchair lifts; internal seating can be reorganized to accommodate 2 mobility devices in the cabin.
- —Wheelchair accessibility must be communicated at the time of booking so the appropriate ADA-equipped coach is assigned.
- —Service animals are always welcome. Companion seating can be arranged.
- —Our team will work closely with your group coordinator to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all passengers.
