Wedding Guest Transportation, Handled
A wedding day has many moving parts, and guests spread across several hotels are one of them. A Jet Set Line charter bus collects them at set times, brings everyone to the ceremony together and carries them on to the reception. Nobody hunts for parking at the venue, nobody waits for a rideshare in formal wear, and nobody has to drive after celebrating. Your planner has one dispatch team to call, around the clock, from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
We are a family-owned Orlando company, founded in 1987 and now run by the second generation, so we understand that this day is personal. Our European motorcoaches have reclining seats, panoramic windows, climate control that holds up in the Florida heat and a restroom on board, which matters on a longer ride to a coastal or countryside venue. Select coaches add leather seating and ambient lighting. Our team speaks English and Spanish, which helps when families travel from abroad.

What Your Guests Will Notice
Shuttle Loops From Several Hotels
When guests stay at more than one hotel, we can run a scheduled loop between the hotels and the venue, so people board close to their room and arrive in time for the ceremony.
Timed Around the Ceremony and Photos
We build the schedule with you or your planner: guest arrival before the processional, wedding party movements around the photos and the transfer to the reception, so the day keeps its rhythm.
Late-Night Return Runs
After the reception, the coach brings guests back to their hotels. We can plan an earlier run for families with children or older relatives and a final run after the last dance.
Comfort for Every Generation
Climate control, a restroom on board and reclining seats keep grandparents and young children comfortable. A wheelchair lift is available on request on select coaches, so mention it when you ask for a quote.
Planning Your Wedding Shuttle
Start with three things: your guest count, the hotels where guests are staying and the ceremony and reception times. Each coach seats 56 to 60 passengers depending on the model, and larger guest lists use several coaches. Share the venue addresses and any access notes, such as a gated estate or a narrow drive, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. Vehicle assignment depends on group size and availability, and every quote is itemized.
Many couples also book a coach for the events around the wedding: a welcome party, the rehearsal dinner or a day-after brunch. For peak season, holidays and large guest lists, plan to book 4 to 8 weeks ahead; for other dates, 2 to 4 weeks is usually enough. Gratuity, tolls and parking fees are not included unless specified. Closer to the day, we confirm the final schedule and pickup points with you or your planner.
Questions
Common Questions
How many guests fit in one coach?
Our motorcoaches seat 56 to 60 passengers, depending on the model. For larger guest lists we send several coaches, which can also cover different hotels at the same time. Tell us your expected guest count and how many will ride, and we will recommend the number of coaches.
Can the coach pick up guests from several hotels?
Yes. We can plan a route that stops at each hotel at set times, or run a continuous shuttle loop between the hotels and the venue. Share the hotel list and your ceremony time, and we will build a schedule that gets everyone seated before the processional.
Can you do late-night returns after the reception?
Yes. Return runs are scheduled around your reception end time, and our dispatch team works 24/7. Many couples choose an earlier run for families and older guests and a final run after the last dance, so nobody has to drive after celebrating.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season, holidays and large guest lists, book 4 to 8 weeks ahead. For other dates, 2 to 4 weeks is usually enough. It is worth requesting a quote as soon as your venue and date are set, so the schedule can be planned alongside the rest of the day.
Can you help older guests or wheelchair users?
Yes. A wheelchair lift is available on request on select coaches, so mention it when you request a quote and we will plan a suitable vehicle. We can also build extra boarding time into the schedule, and the onboard restroom and climate control make the ride easier for older guests.
