Airport Group Transportation in Orlando, Miami and Fort Lauderdale

One Group, One Coach.

Charter motorcoach transfers between Florida airports and your hotel, venue or cruise port. Your whole group, its luggage and its gear leave the airport together on one coach.

Airport Transfers

Why Groups Skip the Rideshare Line

Fifty people landing at once can turn into a dozen rideshares, scattered bags and a head count that never adds up. A Jet Set Line motorcoach keeps the group together from the airport to the front door. Jet Set Line is permitted to serve Orlando International (MCO), Miami International (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), and other Florida airports. With headquarters in Orlando and a base in Miami, we have moved groups around the state since 1987.

Luggage is usually the real problem on arrival day, so we plan for it. Suitcases, sports bags and instrument cases ride in the under-floor bays, and carry-ons fit in the overhead racks. On board there is a restroom, climate control and reclining seats for the drive to International Drive, Miami Beach or the port. Our safety record is public: a Satisfactory FMCSA safety rating, the highest it gives, after a federal compliance review in January 2025.

Built for Arrival Day

  • Everyone Leaves Together

One coach seats 56 to 60 passengers, depending on the model, so a tour group, wedding party or team stays in one place with one head count instead of splitting into cars that arrive one at a time.

  • Bays for Bags, Gear and Instruments

Under-floor luggage bays take suitcases, equipment bags, golf bags and instrument cases. List anything large or unusual in your quote request, and we will confirm the space or suggest a second coach.

  • 24/7 Dispatch for Flight Changes

Flights get delayed, moved and cancelled. Our dispatch answers around the clock, so when your flight changes, tell dispatch and we will work with you on the new pickup time.

  • Several Coaches for Big Arrivals

Conventions, tournaments and large tours often need several coaches or several runs. Our fleet of over 30 motorcoaches lets us plan big arrivals and departures as one coordinated movement.

Planning an Airport Transfer

Send us the arriving and departing flights, the airport, how many people are on each flight, and where the group is going: hotel, convention center, theme park resort or cruise port. Mention large luggage, sports equipment, instruments and any wheelchair needs so we can plan the right coach. The group's pickup point is confirmed when the trip is planned, so your group leader knows exactly where to meet the coach.

For most trips, booking two to four weeks ahead works; for peak seasons, holidays and large groups, aim for four to eight weeks. Departure day matters as much as arrival: we work back from your flight times to set hotel pickups with room for check-in and security lines. Gratuity, tolls and parking fees are not included unless specified, and your quote and charter agreement spell out the terms.

Questions

Common Questions

Which airports do you serve?

Jet Set Line is permitted to serve Orlando International Airport (MCO), Miami International Airport (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), and other Florida airports. Our headquarters is in Orlando and we have a base in Miami, so we cover Central and South Florida. Tell us your airport when you request a quote.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

Tell our dispatch as soon as you know. Dispatch runs 24/7, and keeping us informed lets us adjust the pickup and the driver's schedule. Delays can affect driver hours and total charter time, and your quote and charter agreement spell out how extra time is handled.

How much luggage fits on the coach?

Checked bags ride in the under-floor luggage bays and carry-ons go in the overhead racks. How much fits depends on the coach and your group, so tell us your headcount and roughly how many bags, plus any sports equipment, golf bags or instrument cases. If the load is heavy, we may suggest a second coach.

Can you take us from the airport to the cruise port or our hotel?

Yes. One-way and round-trip transfers from the airport to hotels, resorts, the convention center, theme parks and cruise ports are a large part of what we do. Give us the addresses and timing, and for cruises the sailing time, and we will plan the transfer around it.

Our group arrives on several flights. Can you handle that?

Yes, with some planning together. Send every flight with its arrival time and passenger count, and we will suggest a schedule: several coaches, or one coach making several runs grouped around arrival windows. Vehicle assignment depends on group size and availability.
