A road game starts long before kickoff. Your roster, coaching staff and every equipment bag need to leave on time, travel together and arrive with enough margin to warm up. Jet Set Line has moved groups across Florida since 1987, and our motorcoaches suit this kind of trip: under-floor bays for bags, cases and coolers, overhead storage for backpacks, reclining seats with footrests, climate control and an onboard restroom, so nobody needs an unplanned stop.

Athletic directors and parents ask about safety first, and the record is public. Jet Set Line holds a Satisfactory safety rating from the FMCSA, the highest it gives, after a federal compliance review in January 2025, and has had zero out-of-service orders in federal roadside inspections since October 2023. Drivers hold commercial licenses and pass FBI Level II background checks. We are an approved charter vendor for Florida school districts including Volusia, St. Lucie, Miami-Dade and Hernando.

    Under-floor luggage bays take equipment bags, ball bags, cases and coolers, while overhead racks keep backpacks and personal items close. Tell us your sport and roster size, and we will plan the space with you.

    Reclining seats with footrests, climate control and power outlets at most seats, USB or 110V, so players can rest, ice and charge devices on the way home. Wi-Fi is available as a paid add-on.

    Overtime, weather delays and late finishes happen. Our dispatch runs 24/7, so if the game runs long or the schedule changes, your team manager always has someone on the other end of the phone.

    Big programs and multi-team tournaments can book several coaches together. Our fleet of over 30 motorcoaches seats 56 to 60 passengers each, depending on the model, and we coordinate the departures as one movement.

Planning a Road Trip or a Season

Send us the full schedule if you have it: dates, venues, departure times, and how many players, coaches and staff are traveling. We can quote one game, a tournament weekend or a whole season at once, and every quote is itemized. For most trips, booking two to four weeks ahead works; for playoffs, holidays and large groups, aim for four to eight weeks. Mention any wheelchair needs so we can plan a coach with a lift.

Overnight and multi-day road trips are routine for us, inside Florida and across the United States. Federal hours-of-service rules limit how long a driver can be on duty, so a long travel day may call for a second driver, and your quote will reflect that. Gratuity, tolls and parking fees are not included unless specified. Give us your team report time, and we will build the pickup around it with a sensible buffer.

Will all our equipment fit?

For most teams, yes. Bags and cases ride in the under-floor luggage bays, and backpacks go in the overhead racks. List large or unusual gear, such as long equipment cases or team carts, in your quote request so we can confirm the space or suggest an additional coach.

What if the game runs late?

Tell your driver as soon as you know, and our 24/7 dispatch will work with you on the new departure time. Overtime and delays can affect driver hours and total charter time, and your charter agreement spells out how extra time is handled.

Can you handle overnight and out-of-state road trips?

Yes. We run multi-day trips across Florida and to other states, and have held interstate passenger authority since 1993. On long days, federal hours-of-service rules may require a second driver, and your quote will show it. Share your full itinerary, including overnight stops, so we can plan each driving day.

Can you quote several games or a whole season at once?

Yes. Send every date, venue and departure time you know, and we will return an itemized quote covering the full schedule. It helps athletic departments budget early and reserve coaches for busy weekends. Vehicle assignment depends on group size and availability on each date.

How many players and staff fit on one coach?

Our motorcoaches seat 56 to 60 passengers, depending on the model. Bulky gear and personal bags take space too, so a full roster plus staff may travel more comfortably in two coaches. Tell us your headcount and we will recommend the right setup.
