Jet Set Line was founded in Orlando in 1987 by Marcelo R. Concha, and his family still runs it. Our headquarters on L B McLeod Road is an 11,468 square foot facility we have owned since 2013, with three workshop bays where our own technicians maintain the fleet. The fleet is over 30 European motorcoaches in four models: the Setra S 417 TC seats 56, the Mercedes-Benz Tourrider Premium seats 56 to 60, and the Setra S 407 and Van Hool CX45 each seat 60. Every coach has an onboard restroom, reclining seats, climate control and under-floor luggage bays. Bigger groups travel in several coaches, coordinated by one dispatch team that works around the clock.

An FMCSA Satisfactory safety rating after a January 2025 compliance review, zero out-of-service orders in federal roadside inspections since October 2023, CDL-licensed drivers with FBI Level II background checks, and monitored onboard cameras.

Most Orlando trips head to a handful of places, each with its own rhythm. Theme parks have busy morning arrivals and separate bus areas. The convention center district on International Drive needs loading plans that fit show schedules. Downtown arenas and stadiums mean timing around event traffic, and Kennedy Space Center makes a full day trip to the coast. Our dispatchers plan pickup points, timing and wait time around each one.
To plan, tell us your dates, passenger count, pickup and drop-off addresses, and any stops or wait time. Most trips should be booked two to four weeks ahead; peak seasons, holidays and large groups need four to eight weeks. Every quote is itemized, and gratuity, tolls and parking fees are not included unless specified. Our team speaks English and Spanish, and the contact form gets a reply within one business day.

How many passengers fit on one coach?
Our coaches seat 56 to 60 passengers depending on the model: 56 on the Setra S 417 TC, 56 to 60 on the Mercedes-Benz Tourrider Premium, and 60 on the Setra S 407 and Van Hool CX45. Larger groups travel in several coaches. Vehicle assignment depends on group size and availability.
Do your coaches have restrooms?
Yes. Every coach in the fleet has an onboard restroom, along with reclining seats with footrests, climate control, panoramic windows and DVD entertainment. Most seats have a power outlet, and select coaches add HD screens with HDMI input for presentations on the way.
Do the coaches have Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available as a paid add-on rather than a standard feature. If your group needs it, for example to work on the road to a meeting, ask for it when you request a quote and it will appear as its own line on the itemized quote.
Do you travel beyond Orlando?
Yes. Orlando is home, but we run charters throughout Florida, with a second office in Miami, and long-distance trips across the United States. We have held interstate passenger authority since 1993 under USDOT 478281 and MC-261862.
