Cruise Port Transfers to Port Canaveral, Port Everglades and PortMiami

From Runway to Gangway.

We move cruise groups and all their luggage between Florida airports, Orlando hotels and Port Canaveral, Port Everglades and PortMiami, on one schedule with one dispatch team.

Cruise Groups

One Coach for the Group and the Luggage

A cruise group rarely arrives all at once. Some land at Orlando International, others drive in the night before, and everyone carries more luggage than on any other trip. A Jet Set Line motorcoach brings the whole group and every suitcase together, with the bags in the under-floor bays and nobody juggling a line of rideshares at the curb. We are permitted to serve Port Canaveral, Port Everglades and PortMiami, as well as the Orlando (MCO), Miami (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) airports.

Jet Set Line is a family-owned company, founded in Orlando in 1987 and run today by the second generation, with headquarters in Orlando and a base in Miami, close to all three ports. Our team speaks English and Spanish, which helps when groups travel from Latin America, and dispatch works 24/7, so an early sailing or a late flight is covered. Our European motorcoaches seat 56 to 60 passengers, with reclining seats, climate control and a restroom on board.

Built for Sailing Day

  • Room for Every Suitcase

Full-size suitcases ride in the under-floor luggage bays, and carry-ons fit in the overhead storage. The group, the bags and the garment bag with the formal-night outfits all travel together on one coach.

  • Airport to Ship and Back

We pick the group up at MCO, MIA or FLL and drive straight to the port, then bring everyone back to the airport on disembarkation day, at the time you plan with us.

  • Comfort on the Drive to the Coast

The ride from Orlando to the coast is easier with a restroom on board, reclining seats with footrests and climate control. Power outlets at most seats let guests charge their phones before boarding.

  • Large Groups, Several Coaches

A family reunion or a church group often fits on one coach. Larger agency groups travel on several, coordinated by the same 24/7 dispatch team, so every coach follows one plan to the terminal.

Planning a Cruise Group Transfer

Start with the sailing date, the port and where the group is coming from: an airport with flight numbers, an Orlando hotel or the theme park area. Tell us how many passengers will ride and roughly how much luggage they carry, since cruise travelers pack heavier than most. The drop-off point at the terminal is confirmed when the trip is planned. Vehicle assignment depends on group size and availability, and a wheelchair lift is available on request on select coaches.

For the return, share the group's planned pickup time on disembarkation day and the flights or hotels everyone is heading to. Many groups pair the cruise with a few days in Orlando, so we can also plan the transfer from the theme parks to Port Canaveral before sailing, or from the port back to Orlando afterward. Book 2 to 4 weeks ahead for most trips, and 4 to 8 weeks for holidays, peak season and large groups.

Questions

Common Questions

Which cruise ports do you serve?

Jet Set Line is permitted to serve Port Canaveral, Port Everglades and PortMiami, along with the Orlando (MCO), Miami (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) airports, among others. With headquarters in Orlando and a base in Miami, we cover the Central Florida and South Florida ports alike. The drop-off point at the terminal is confirmed when the trip is planned.

Can you pick us up at the airport and take us to the port?

Yes. It is a common route for cruise groups: MCO to Port Canaveral, or MIA or FLL to PortMiami or Port Everglades. Send us the flight details and the sailing date when you request a quote, and we will plan the pickup around the group's arrivals.

How much luggage fits on the coach?

Each motorcoach has under-floor luggage bays for full-size suitcases and overhead storage inside for carry-ons. Cruise travelers usually bring more than one bag each, so tell us your passenger count and an estimate of the luggage when you request a quote, and we will recommend the number of coaches.

What happens on disembarkation day?

We schedule the pickup for the time your group plans to leave the ship, and the meeting point at the terminal is confirmed in advance. Keep our 24/7 dispatch team informed if the group's timing changes, so we can adjust. From the port, we take everyone to the airport, a hotel or back to Orlando.

How far ahead should we book?

For most trips, 2 to 4 weeks ahead is enough. For holidays, peak season and large groups that need several coaches, book 4 to 8 weeks ahead. Many organizers request a quote as soon as the cruise is booked, so the transfers are settled well before sailing day.
