Meetings & Events

Built Around Your Program Schedule

A convention shuttle is a continuous loop: coaches circulate between your hotels and the venue, including the Orange County Convention Center, so attendees never wait long for the next departure. Jet Set Line runs several coaches on a timed loop, spaced so the curb is covered during morning arrivals and evening breaks. We have operated from Orlando since 1987, family-owned and now in our second generation, and our fleet of over 30 European motorcoaches is maintained in our own workshop.

Beyond the show floor, we take teams to offsite dinners and receptions, run roadshows across Florida and the United States, and carry executive groups between meetings. Interiors are quiet and comfortable, with reclining seats, power outlets at most seats and an onboard restroom. Select coaches have HD screens with HDMI input for a briefing on the road, and Wi-Fi is available as a paid add-on. Our dispatch team works 24/7, so a schedule change late at night still reaches a person.

What Planners Count On

  • Timed Shuttle Loops

We plan the loop with you: the stops, the run time and how many coaches it takes to hold the frequency you want, with extra coaches for opening-day peaks and the final evening.

  • Dispatch Around the Clock

Sessions run long and dinners move. Our dispatch team answers 24/7, so loop times, pickup points and extra runs can be adjusted while your event is under way.

  • A Quiet Place to Work

Reclining seats, climate control, power outlets at most seats and HD screens with HDMI input on select coaches. Wi-Fi can be added for a fee when your group needs to stay connected.

  • Credentials Your Procurement Team Checks

USDOT 478281 and MC-261862, $5 million in liability insurance on file with FMCSA, a Satisfactory FMCSA safety rating and a place on the Department of Defense Approved Carrier List.

Planning a Convention Shuttle

Send us your hotel list, the venue, your session times and the expected attendance at each peak. From there we draft the loop: stop order, run time between stops and the number of coaches needed to keep waits short. For large conventions and peak seasons, book 4 to 8 weeks ahead; most other corporate trips need 2 to 4 weeks. Every quote is itemized, and gratuity, tolls and parking are not included unless specified.

Before the event, share your signage plan and an on-site contact so drivers and your staff know each other by name. Multi-day programs can mix shuttle days with hourly charters for dinners, site visits or a team outing. For roadshows and executive travel we plan the route city by city. Vehicle assignment depends on group size and availability, and accessibility needs, including a wheelchair lift on select coaches, should be noted when you request a quote.

Questions

Common Questions

Can you run a shuttle loop between our hotels and the convention center?

Yes. We run continuous loops between hotels and venues, including the Orange County Convention Center. You give us the stops and session times, we set the run order and spacing, and dispatch watches the loop throughout the day so coaches stay evenly spaced.

How many coaches will we need?

It depends on attendance at peak times, the number of stops and the drive time between them. Each coach carries 56 to 60 passengers. Share your hotel list and schedule, and we will recommend the number of coaches and the loop frequency in your quote.

Can the schedule change during a multi-day event?

Yes. Programs shift, and our dispatch team works 24/7. Tell us as soon as a session moves or a dinner runs late, and we will adjust loop times, add runs or reposition coaches. Larger changes may affect the itemized quote, and we confirm them with you first.

Can we present on board?

Select coaches have HD screens with HDMI input, so a presenter can connect a laptop for a briefing between stops. Power outlets are available at most seats. Mention it when you request a quote so we can plan for a coach with this setup, subject to availability.

What documents can you provide to our procurement team?

We can provide our USDOT number (478281) and MC number (MC-261862), confirmation that $5 million in liability insurance is on file with FMCSA, and our Satisfactory FMCSA safety rating from a January 2025 compliance review. We are also on the DoD Approved Carrier List, CAGE 8R1D2.
