Travel and transportation officers should not have to chase a carrier for paperwork. Jet Set Line is on the U.S. Department of Defense Approved Carrier List under CAGE code 8R1D2 and SCAC JSLB. We hold USDOT 478281 and MC-261862, have carried interstate passenger authority since 1993, and keep $5 million in liability insurance on file with FMCSA. After a federal compliance review in January 2025, FMCSA rated us Satisfactory, its highest safety rating.

We are a second-generation, family-owned Orlando company, running since 1987. In 2008 our coaches and drivers carried the motorcade for both Barack Obama and John McCain during the Florida campaign, work that called for timing, discipline and discretion. The same standard applies to a unit heading to a training site or an agency team traveling to a conference. Every coach has actively monitored cameras and GPS tracking, and our dispatch answers around the clock.

    Large groups travel on several coaches dispatched together. Each European motorcoach seats 56 to 60 passengers, and vehicle assignment depends on group size and availability at the time of booking.

    Under-floor luggage bays hold duffels, rucksacks and equipment cases, with overhead racks inside for carry-on items. Tell us about bulky or unusual gear when you request a quote so we plan the right space.

  • Monitored Around the Clock

    Our 24/7 dispatch tracks every coach by GPS, and onboard cameras are actively monitored. Drivers are CDL-licensed, pass FBI Level II background checks and complete a pre-trip inspection before each departure.

Planning a Unit or Agency Move

Start with the basics: headcount, pickup point, destination, report times and how much gear is traveling. From there we work out how many coaches you need and how departures should be staged. For long-distance or multi-day moves, we plan driver hours within federal rules and build rest stops into the schedule, so the timeline you send up the chain is one we can actually keep.

Give us 2 to 4 weeks for most trips and 4 to 8 weeks for large groups, holidays and peak seasons. Every quote is itemized, and gratuity, tolls and parking are listed separately unless included.
