Church Group & Pilgrimage Charter Buses in Florida
The Whole Congregation.
Youth trips, retreats, conferences, mission trips and pilgrimages, with everyone on one coach and a team that answers in English or Spanish. Family-owned in Orlando since 1987.
Church & Ministry Travel
Church Group Travel, Kept Together
A church trip goes more smoothly when nobody is split off into a second car or a borrowed van. Our motorcoaches seat 56 to 60 people, so a youth group, a choir or a retreat party can ride, pray and talk together from the church parking lot to the door of the venue. Bags, instruments and supplies go in the under-floor bays, and an onboard restroom means fewer stops on the way. Larger groups travel on several coaches that move together.
Jet Set Line is family-owned, founded in Orlando in 1987 by Marcelo R. Concha and run today by the second generation. Many of the ministries we drive plan their trips in Spanish, and our office answers in Spanish as easily as in English, from the first question to the morning of departure. We have held interstate passenger authority since 1993, so a pilgrimage or conference out of state is routine work for our dispatchers and drivers.

What Ministry Leaders Ask About
One Coach, One Group
Seats for 56 to 60 passengers keep a youth group, choir or parish trip together. When registration grows past one coach, we send several and coordinate them as one group.
English and Spanish
Our team speaks both languages. Pastors, coordinators and family members can ask questions, confirm pickup times and talk through the itinerary in the language they are most comfortable with.
Comfort for Older Members
Reclining seats with footrests, climate control and an onboard restroom make long rides easier. A wheelchair lift is available on request on select coaches, so mention it when you ask for a quote.
Credentials Your Board Can Check
An FMCSA Satisfactory safety rating after a January 2025 federal review, USDOT 478281 and MC-261862, CDL-licensed drivers with FBI Level II background checks, and onboard cameras monitored since 2013.
Planning a Retreat or Pilgrimage
Start with the dates, the number of travelers and every stop: the church, any second pickup point, the retreat center or hotel, and the places you plan to visit. On multi-day trips the coach and driver stay with your group. Every quote is itemized and states plainly what is not included, such as gratuity, tolls and parking, so it can go straight to your finance committee or church board.
Book two to four weeks ahead for most trips, and four to eight weeks for summer camps, holiday travel, large conferences or any group that needs several coaches. Send a passenger count even if it is still an estimate; it can be updated as registration closes. If members use wheelchairs or need help boarding, tell us early so we can plan a coach with a lift, subject to availability.
Questions
Common Questions
Does your team speak Spanish?
Yes. Our team speaks English and Spanish, and many church groups plan their whole trip with us in Spanish. You can call (407) 649-6599, write to sales@jetsetusa.com or use the contact form on this site, and we reply within one business day.
Can we take a multi-day or out-of-state trip?
Yes. Jet Set Line has held interstate passenger authority since 1993 and runs over-the-road trips across Florida and the United States. For a multi-day pilgrimage, conference or mission trip, the coach and driver travel with your group, and the quote and charter agreement spell out each item of the trip.
How do you help elderly members or members who use wheelchairs?
Our coaches have an onboard restroom, reclining seats with footrests and climate control, and we can build extra time into stops. A wheelchair lift is available on request on select coaches. Mention accessibility needs when you request a quote; vehicle assignment depends on group size and availability.
How many people fit on one coach, and can you send more than one?
Our coaches seat 56 to 60 passengers, depending on the model. With over 30 coaches in the fleet, larger groups travel on several, coordinated so the whole congregation leaves and arrives together. Vehicle assignment depends on group size and availability.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to four weeks ahead works for most trips. For summer, holidays, large conferences, revivals or groups that need several coaches, plan four to eight weeks ahead. If your dates are set before your headcount is, reach out early anyway and update the count as registration closes.
