Theme Park Group Transportation in Orlando
Park Day, Together.
Skip the convoy of cars and rideshares. One private motorcoach carries your whole group to Orlando's theme parks and attractions, and brings everyone back at the time you choose.
Theme Park Trips
Theme Park Transportation for Groups
A park day with a big group usually starts with a puzzle: who drives, where everyone parks, and how to find each other again at closing. A private Jet Set Line motorcoach removes most of it. Your group boards together at your hotel, church, school or meeting point, rides together, and steps off together at the park's designated bus area. Family reunions, youth groups, school trips and company outings all work the same way, whether you are 20 people or 200 on several coaches.
We are a family-owned Orlando company, founded here in 1987, so the roads to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld Orlando, LEGOLAND Florida and Kennedy Space Center are routine for our drivers. We are an independent charter operator, not affiliated with any park. What we offer is a clean, cool coach with an onboard restroom, reclining seats and climate control for the ride back after a long day, plus 24/7 dispatch if the plan changes while you are inside.

What Makes Park Days Easier
One Coach, Not a Convoy
Everyone arrives at the same moment and leaves at the same moment. No splitting into cars, no paying for several parking spots, no lost drivers circling the lot. Larger groups use several coaches on one schedule.
Pick-Up at Your Time
Choose a round trip with drop-off in the morning and pick-up at the hour you set, a one-way transfer, or an hourly charter that keeps the coach with your group all day.
A Comfortable Ride Back
After a full day on your feet, the ride home matters. Every coach has an onboard restroom, reclining seats with footrests, climate control and room overhead for bags and souvenirs.
Dispatch Around the Clock
Parks close late, afternoon storms roll in and schedules shift. Our dispatch team answers 24/7, so a group leader can always reach someone if the pick-up time needs to move.
Planning Your Park Day
Pick one meeting point that is easy for everyone to reach, such as a hotel lobby or a church or school parking lot, and confirm your final headcount the day before. Ask each smaller group to name a leader who counts heads at boarding and again at pick-up. Agree on a pick-up time and a meeting spot in the park's bus area, and make sure every traveler has the group leader's phone number.
Your quote is built around your day: the park or parks, the times, the group size and the type of service. Park bus parking fees, tolls and driver gratuity are not included unless specified, and each one is listed separately on the itemized quote. Book two to four weeks ahead for most trips, and four to eight weeks for holidays, school breaks and large groups. Mention any wheelchair or accessibility needs when you request a quote.
Questions
Common Questions
Does the coach wait at the park or come back for us?
Either works. With a round trip, the driver drops your group off in the morning and returns for pick-up at the time you set. With an hourly charter, the coach stays with your group for the hours you book, which suits a flexible schedule. Your quote shows which option you chose.
Can we visit more than one park in one day?
Yes. An hourly charter is the usual choice for a multi-park day, because the coach moves with your group from one park or attraction to the next on your schedule. Tell us the order and rough times when you request a quote, and we will plan the day around them.
Where does the bus drop us off?
Coaches use each park's designated bus and motorcoach area, which is often separate from the car lots and rideshare zones. These areas can change, so your driver confirms the exact drop-off and pick-up point with the group leader on the day of the trip.
Are park parking fees included in the price?
Not unless your quote specifies them. Parks charge their own fees for buses and motorcoaches, and tolls and driver gratuity are handled the same way. Each of these is itemized on your quote, so you can see exactly what is covered before you book.
How many people fit on one coach?
Our motorcoaches seat 56 to 60 passengers, depending on the model. Larger groups travel on several coaches that follow the same schedule. Vehicle assignment depends on group size and availability, so share your headcount when you request a quote and we will recommend the right number of coaches.
